I am a self-taught, Houston-based photographer and long-time NASA Engineer. My earliest experience with DSLRs started with the then $35,000+ Kodak DCS 420/460 series cameras dating (way) back to work I have done at NASA on the Space Shuttle KidSat (STS-76) and EarthKAM (STS-99) projects, primarily as a space-to-ground data/imagery flow engineer. My most recent photography work is found on this site, including my portfolio, the best-of-the-best, as well as true-life galleries that showcase events, as they were, on that day, and illustrate my typical work for any given event. Finally, I am an expert in long-term image organization and archiving solutions, based heavily upon my Mission Operations experience at NASA.
